We headed out to Gladstone Park on Tuesday to cut and program a spare key for a Subaru Outback. The owner had been running on a single key and wanted a backup made before anything went wrong. We carried out the full job on-site — cutting the blade to match and programming the transponder to the vehicle so it would start and operate as normal. The Subaru Outback takes a proximity-style key, so programming needs to be done properly with the right diagnostic equipment, which we brought with us. Everything was completed in one visit without the car needing to go anywhere.
